We also deliver to customers outside Nairobi using available courier, bus and collection services.

Delivery outside Nairobi generally takes approximately 2–5 days, depending on your location, the delivery provider and when your order is placed.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations. Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, parcel size, weight and the available shipping service.

Important Information for Perfume Orders

Many perfumes contain alcohol and may be classified as restricted or regulated goods for air transportation.

As a result, international shipping of perfume may not be available to every destination and may depend on the courier, destination country, quantity and product.

Please contact our customer support team before placing an international perfume order if you are unsure whether delivery is available to your country.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.

We will nevertheless check with the delivery provider to see whether a change is still possible.

My Order Has Not Arrived – What Should I Do?

If the estimated delivery period has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us.

Provide your order number and our team will check the status of your delivery and assist you with the next steps.

Damaged or Leaking Products

We take particular care when packing perfumes, glass bottles and beauty products. Nevertheless, damage can occasionally occur during transportation.

Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.

If a perfume bottle, skincare product or other item arrives broken, damaged or leaking, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

Please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the product box and packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping parcel where relevant

Please keep the product and all packaging until our customer service team has reviewed your case.

Return Shipping

Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs for an approved return.

If the return is necessary because we supplied an incorrect product or because an eligible product was received damaged or defective, Alimma Scents will assist with the appropriate return arrangements and applicable costs.
