This website and online store are operated under the Alimma Scents brand by Styles By Alimma.

Many perfumes contain alcohol and may be classified as restricted or regulated goods by airlines, couriers or transport authorities.

International or certain domestic shipping options may therefore be unavailable for some fragrances, destinations or quantities.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method or cancel an affected order where a fragrance cannot legally or practically be transported to the requested destination.

If an order must be cancelled for this reason after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

16. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene, safety and product-integrity considerations, special restrictions apply to perfumes, skincare, cosmetics and personal-care products.

Opened, sprayed, tested, used or unsealed products cannot normally be returned simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.
